In case of adverse weather conditions and for safety reasons, the Collbató Town Council reserves the right to cancel the guided tour service. In such cases, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price or may request to reschedule the visit.

As stated in Tax Ordinance No. 48 of the Collbató Town Council regarding refunds:

According to Article 26 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Local Treasury Law: When, for reasons not attributable to the taxpayer, the public service, administrative activity, or the right to use or benefit from public property is not provided or carried out, a refund of the corresponding amount is appropriate. For any other cause attributable to the taxpayer, it will be possible to change the date of the visit at no additional cost.
